Dell brings more than 20 years executive level management experience as a CEO as well as an extensive track record as an OD consultant to CEO's on strategy, team and organizational development.

Dell has consulted with a broad range of clients including Fortune 100 corporations facing rapid change and early stage start-ups in high tech, finance, consumer products, airlines, publishing and healthcare. Dell's practice includes an extensive network of venture capital and private equity firms where she both consults on partner dynamics as well as engages in solving organizational issues in the firm's portfolio companies.

Dell's work has been covered by publications such as the Wall Street Journal, the Venture Capital Journal and San Jose Mercury. She has also consulted on publications relating to start-up board governance.

Her client list includes GE, FedEx, Unilever, Synopsys, Autodesk, Intel, Hewlett-Packard, ABB, Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company (TSMC), Scientific Atlanta, Delta Airlines, Jet Blue, Allergan, Symmetricom, Vanderbilt University Hospital, and Lucille Packard Children's Hospital just to name a few. She is highly skilled at helping the client company leverage their strengths and identify and overcome potential barriers to achieving their intended business results. Specific consulting competencies include corporate strategic assessment & planning (7S Audit), executive development, team development, and as well as change management services.

Over the past three years a major area of focus for Dell and her team has been assisting GE in building teams and executing on goals for the ESBWR project. ESBWR was a highly complex project requiring the alignment of a consortium of partners on both project goals as well as Best Practices for project execution at the team level. Dell in particular supported the ESPWR Leadership Team by facilitating the design of the consortium structure and assuring that decision making at the top was aligned and executed by cross functional teams across the project. Her work also included engagement with key customers and related GE functions critical to the success of the ESBWR project.

The Larcen team assured GE, thru vital monitoring processes as well as real time coaching, that teams were in alignment and were quickly surfacing key areas of conflict. The Larcen team’s ability to build relationships at all levels, partner, customer and GE executives, assured top executives that all risk areas were being identified and managed as it related to organization effectiveness.
