Debbie is a Senior Consultant and Partner of the Larcen Consulting Group. Prior to joining Larcen Consulting Group Debbie’s background included more than 15 years in senior management positions in the finance industry.
Since joining the firm in 1996, Debbie has performed at an executive level with responsibility for all aspects of operations for the firm. Working closely with the President/CEO, she has provided leadership in the areas of planning, development, finance, and personnel selection and supervision. Her problem solving, client relations and leadership skills have significantly enhanced the ability of the Larcen firm to render exemplary services to its clients.
Debbie’s consulting practice is focused on organization assessment, 360 processes, coaching and leadership development at the mid-management level.
Debbie’s professional training includes a BS in Finance, a Masters in Business Administration and a Masters in Professional Counseling. She is currently working on completion of a Ph.D. in Professional Counseling.
