Jack brings more than 20 years experience in investments, banking, start-up
operations and in acting as a Board member. He has advised CEOs, CFOs and
Boards of Directors on: i) organizational audits, ii) team building, iii)
executive coaching, iv) strategy development, v) financings, vi) mergers &
acquisitions, vii) turnarounds, viii) debt management and, ix) day-to-day
management. His experience with start-ups comprises: working as interim COO,
member of the Board of Directors, Head of Human Resources and as a direct
investor.
Jack has extensive experience in financial services entities and subsidiary
level experience in the telecom sector. He has extensive contacts in the
venture capital industry where he has consulted on portfolio company
challenges, especially in areas of strategic direction, team alignment,
executive coaching and selected aspects of financial management.
His client have included: Hands On Video Relay Services (acquired by
GoAmerica, Inc.), Blue Casa Communications, Providian Financial, PayPal,
GetSmart.com, Household International (now HSBC), GMAC, and the Smuin
Ballet.
Jack brings to bear an incisive point of view on strategy, executive
resources to meet the strategic challenge and a grass-roots level
understanding for how companies work, day-to-day.
