Jonathan Rosenfeld Ph.D. has been advising businesses, nonprofit organizations and government agencies for over 15 years. He brings a psychological and systemic perspective  to change management, in particular to issues of resistance to change. He has worked with executives to appreciate the complex motivations underlying the directions that they are taking their organizations. He has worked with executive teams to devise strategies that expedite the change process by illuminating the potential impact of that change on employees at every level of the organization. His clients have included Julie Chaiken Clothing, Snocap Inc., The Tides Foundation, and Children's Services of both San Francisco and Alameda Counties, as well as many others. He has taught systems theory at several graduate schools in San Francisco.
