Based in Taipei, Taiwan, Kent holds a BA in Economics from National Taiwan University and an MBA from the University of Houston (Texas). He is currently working towards a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology at National Taipei Education University.
Kent is a certified facilitator for Stephen Covey’s Seven Habits, a certified practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming and an authorized HBDI (Herrman Brain Dominance Instrument) Profile Analyst.
Kent brings 20 years of management experience, he held various senior excutive positions in leading Information Technology companies including IBM. His last job with IBM was General Manager of a business unit covering China, Taiwan, and Hong Kong. Kent combines his expertise in management science and psychology in his work at Larcen, specializing in executive coaching, strategy consulting and leadership competency development.
