Merrilee Buchanan Senior Consultant

Merrilee has more than fifteen years of experience working with executives, groups and organizations as an administrator, trainer, coach and consultant.  She works from a philosophy of strengths-based evaluation and management for success through targeted results. She is trained and certified in a variety of assessments, including the Bar-On EQi, DISC, Trimetrix, 360° and the 16 PF.  

Merrilee often works with women executives for coaching in leadership development, life-work balance and executive excellence. She has been successful working with her clients nationally and internationally, utilizing phone coaching, teleclass training and on-site consultation. She is a part-time faculty consultant for the European Business Technology Office for McKinsey Consulting and has worked with Lee Enterprises, SYSCO Foods, The Colby School, Valley Mental Health, Centro de la Familia and The New York Society of Agency Executives.

She has many years of experience in outpatient behavioral health and substance abuse treatment and prevention program administration. Merrilee continues to serve as a member of the Executive Committee for Valley Mental Health in Salt Lake, Summit and Tooele Counties in Utah, with oversight of strategic planning and organizational development.

Merrilee has both B.S. and M.S.W. degrees and is a licensed psychotherapist. She is a native of Salt Lake City with her office in Park City, Utah, where she currently lives.
