Maureen Ohara-Norris has held senior executive positions at both large
public companies as well as startups. She has more than 20 years of
experience demonstrating leadership in software product development, product
lifecycle management, team assessment and team building. Her primary
consulting focus is in the areas of team and project assessment, coaching
and executive training. With her experience in turnaround situations,
project and process assessments, and operation excellence she is able to
consult with a wide variety of clients from technology startups to large
public companies.
Maureen brings critical project management skills as well as the ability to
coach executives thru very complex and high impact projects. Her
background running engineering organizations especially equips her to
understand the interdependencies and team dynamics which must be managed to
assure on time delivery within budget. Her consulting style combined
with her functional skills is particularly relevant to coaching teams to
understand the hidden barriers to effectiveness. Her practical experience
enables her to speak the language of her clients and to achieve rapport.
