With more than 25 years of professional experience, Marcia
Ruben brings a wealth of experience to her consulting role. Her
experience spans roles in senior management, sales, sales management,
organizational consulting, leadership coaching, training and public
speaking. Ms. Ruben has worked successfully as a trusted advisor
to senior management across multiple industries, with special
expertise in high tech, financial services, telecommunications
and the retail industry. Marcia is particularly skilled at engendering
trust, quickly identifying key business issues and identifying
and implementing solutions that inspire action and get results.
Marcia is a Certified Management Consultant, a designation awarded
by the Institute of Management Consultants USA that represents
evidence of the highest standards of consulting and adherence
to the ethical canons of the profession. Less than 1% of all consultants
have achieved this level of performance.

a past board member of the Northern California chapter of IMC
USA and a graduate of the 2001 class of Leadership America. She
is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of U.C. Berkeley and holds a Master’s
degree in Counseling. Marcia has completed her doctorate
in Human and Organizational Systems at the Fielding Graduate University.
She also has a
certificate in Evidence Based Coaching.
