Patricia is a seasoned executive and consultant. She has over 25 years of diverse experience as a CEO and senior leader in public and private sectors. Her principal consulting focus is in the areas of executive assessment and development, coaching, team development and accelerated development programs. Her creative approach to challenges and opportunities permits her to work with startups and mature organizations. Patricia's experience in founding and growing corporations helps her work with the challenges facing Larcen clients. She has consulted in a variety of industries including finance, high-tech, publishing and healthcare in the United States and Canada. Patricia has a BA from Western Kentucky University and a Masters from Ohio State University. In addition, she has significant post degree training in management and organization development.
