Larcen
is pleased to announce that Kent Chen, Chris Dobbrow and Marcia
Rubin have recently joined our team. Stay tuned for detailed profiles
of them in future issues of Larcen Vision. Here’s a sneak preview:
Chris Dobbrow: Senior Consultant Chris Dobbrow brings
more than 20 years of management experience in technology media, including
over 16 years at Ziff Davis, where he most recently served as Senior
VP of Corporate Sales, Integrated Media Solutions and Publisher of eWEEK.
Earlier at Ziff Davis, Chris served as Executive Vice President, overseeing
some of the company's most successful magazines such as PCMagazine,
PCComputing and Family PC. Chris holds a Bachelor of
Science degree in Business Management from the University of New Hampshire.
Marcia Rubin: Marcia Rubin, CMC brings a wealth of experience
to her consulting role, with a background in senior management, sales,
sales management, organizational consulting, leadership coaching, training
and public speaking. She has worked as an advisor to senior management
across multiple industries, with special expertise in high tech, financial
services, telecommunications and the retail industry. She is a Phi Beta
Kappa graduate of UC Berkeley and holds a Master’s degree in Counseling.
Marcia is currently pursuing her doctorate in Human and Organizational
Systems at the Fielding Graduate University.
Kent Chen: We are happy to welcome Kent Chen to our
consulting team. Kent is based in Taipei, Taiwan. He holds a BA in Economics
from National Taiwan University and an MBA from the University of Houston
(Texas), and is currently working on his Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology
with the National Taipei Education University. Kent is a certified facilitator
for Stephen Covey’s Seven Habits, a Certified Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic
Programming and an authorized HBDI (Herrman Brain Dominance Instrument)
Profile Analyst. His executive experience includes positions as GM for
IBM Greater China Group, VP for Management Services at International
Integrated Systems, GM for Sunshine Technology Corporation, and GM for
Syspower Corporation. His consulting specialties include corporate vision
and strategic planning, leadership development, executive coaching and
EQI.
