- Dayna is a Level 1 and Level 2 Certified HBDI Practitioner, which makes her particularly qualified in helping students connect their HBDI results with the real life decisions they must make concerning future areas of study, where to go to school and even career considerations down the road.
- She has worked with similar organizations in the past, including the Junior Statesmen Foundation.

Personal Story:
- Dayna discovered her own passion for leadership and service during a summer study program for high school students, conducted at Stanford University. To this day, she continues to have a passion for both youth and leadership development.
