What is the purpose of this instrument?

			To evaluate an individual's communication style
			To provide guidelines for ways the individual can adapt his/her style to improve communication effectiveness

Who should complete the instrument?

			Individuals who are seeking to better understand their communication styles
			Individuals who want to improve their communication effectiveness

How is the instrument formatted?

			Typically completed in a "360 feedback" format (individual completes instrument and others who relate to the individual also complete the same instrument regarding the communication behavior of the individual being evaluated
			The report that is generated will provide a profile of the individual's typical communication behavior as viewed by the individual and by others; the "gap" between these impressions is revealed
