How is the instrument formatted?

			A "360 Feedback" type instrument
			Questionnaire is completed by the manager ("self") and by others who work with that manager (direct reports, peers, boss, customers, etc.)
			Comprehensive report reflects "self" assessment compared with evaluation by other respondents
