Grace meets grit

Leadership behaviors are what make us all successful in the workplace. They are how we are evaluated against our peers and what we use to solve problems when working in teams. We also know that the most effective organizations work diligently with their leaders to optimize these behaviors.

Despite the recent focus on equality and bias training, the number of women holding leadership positions is not increasing. Too often, conversations about the need for equality can lead men and women to believe they are the same. Women and men are not the same, biologically or psychologically, and these differences lead to significant divergences in how each approaches leadership situations.

Daina Middelton's book Grace Meets Grit: How to Bring out the Remarkable, Courageous Leader Within, exposes the missing conversation about gender today: the untapped super power in our leadership differences.

Leading up to and following the release of her book in October 2016, there will be a number of Gender Leadership offerings available including:

  • Keynotes
  • Workshops & conferences
  • Individual assessments
  • Executive coaching
