Judith has been consulting to organizations and coaching executives for over two decades. She has worked with the Larcen Consulting Group for more than ten years. Judith co-founded a consulting practice focusing on startup leaders and their companies. For a number of years, she held the position of VP HR/OD and was on the executive team of a Bay Area life sciences startup. Judith’s industry experience includes healthcare, technology, and biotechnology, as well as professional and business services.
Judith holds a B.S. in Speech Pathology and Audiology and an M.S. in Clinical Psychology. She is a licensed psychotherapist and is qualified in multiple coaching and facilitation processes. She has served as a senior facilitator in the highly regarded Interpersonal Dynamics course at the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
