Maureen Ohara-Norris has held senior executive positions at both large public companies as well as startups. She has more than 20 years of experience demonstrating leadership in software product development, product lifecycle management, team assessment and team building. Her primary consulting focus is in the areas of team and project assessment, coaching and executive training. With her experience in turnaround situations, project and process assessments, and operation excellence she is able to consult with a wide variety of clients from technology startups to large public companies.

Her background running engineering organizations especially equips her to understand the interdependencies and team dynamics which must be managed to assure on time delivery within budget.
