Larcen Consulting has extensive experience with the development and implementation of Leadership Development Programs geared for people at all levels of the organization. The curriculum for the training is always based on an assessment of the unique needs of the organization. We will help the organization to define desired competencies and to evaluate the training needs for the targeted executives, managers and/or supervisors. The training program curriculum and format is then customized to meet these identified needs.
We offer a number of customized training experiences that may be applicable to specific groups of staff, teams, or supervisors and that are offered "a-la-carte". Each of these training modules utilizes real-life, real-time applications for company-specific issues and situations.
