Senior OD Consultant and Executive Coach with more than thirty-five years experience in the consumer package goods and high tech industries. Todd Slingsby has worked throughout the United States and internationally. Todd’s experience and passion focus on strategic business planning, organizational assessment, executive coaching and leadership development. He is skilled in the areas of team effectiveness, leadership development, succession planning and merger & acquisition culture integration. Todd’s experience as a business leader uniquely positions him to understand and communicate with clients, translate theory into practice and quickly achieve a trusted advisor role.
Todd spent over 30 years at The Clorox Company in a number of sales leadership roles as well as VP of Learning & Organization Development. He's also worked for Lam Research and Risk Management Solutions - and was VP of L&OD for both organizations.
Todd holds a Masters Degree in Human Resources and Organizational Development from the University of San Francisco, where he continues to teach as an Adjunct Professor. He is certified in the Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Instrument (TKI), 5Dynamics Assessment and the Change Style Indicator (CSI). Todd and his wife, Linda, currently reside in Alamo California.
