An expert in revolutionizing Human Resources from administrative necessity to relied upon partner, he has led transformations in multiple companies across varying industries. His skills include understanding business value drivers and aligning HR teams and initiatives to best meet these demands, while also preparing for future challenges. His expertise also includes improving HR execution of total rewards programs and HRIS systems optimization.
Most recently Tom was CHRO for a global privately held multibillion dollar business with 4,500 people. He has broad experience in acquisition integrations, executive team development and leading organizational change efforts around the world.
Tom served as an Advisory Board Member for People Answers, Inc., a talent assessment company. He has a Business Management, from S.U.N.Y. at Geneseo and a Masters from Cornell University.
